Gary H. Bregman, Esq. obtained his undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis. He graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Mr. Bregman worked in private practice before beginning his long standing 33 year career in title insurance.

Mr. Bregman is Vice President and Senior Account Executive of the Commercial and Major Accounts Division of Old Republic Title where he is instrumental in closing and insuring the title on sale and refinance real estate transactions nationwide. He also focuses on residential sale and refinance transactions throughout California.

His prior responsibilities at Old Republic included advising clients and title and escrow officers how to close difficult transactions in his capacity as a member of its underwriting team. He also served for many years in management and as counsel.

Mr. Bregman has served as the Co-Editor of the California Land Title Association “Claims Awareness Hotsheet” and Co- Editor of the “The Insider” newsletter of the Real Estate and Construction Division of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. He has published numerous articles on real estate and title insurance matters.

He was a speaker at a forum for the California Association of Realtors Member Legal Services Staff Attorneys and for the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Syndication Forum. He also spoke at the 36th Annual USC Gould School of Law Trust and Estate Conference, the Beverly Hills Bar Association Real Estate and Elder Law Sections and the Pasadena Bar Probate Section.
