	Bill Broekhof, Senior Vice President, County Manager Bill Broekhof has over 29 years in the title insurance industry. He has been with Old Republic Title Company for the past 25 years in a variety of capacities, having managed Old Republic's King and Snohomish Counties; Washington operation for the past 12 years. Bill received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA and a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He is past president of the Washington Land Title Association and involved with the King County Association of Realtors and the Snohomish-Camano Island Association of Realtors.
	Roger Savy, Vice President King & Snohomish County Sales Manager Hailing from the Dark Continent, Roger was born in 1958 in Durban South Africa. Roger completed his schooling and his education in this East coast city renowned for its exotic beaches and humid climate. Roger spent four years of his life in the infantry rising to the level of instructor sergeant and saw active duty in Angola, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Roger attended college to qualify as a Clinical Technologist. He further specialized in managing heart lung machines during bypass surgery, a profession in the USA known as Extra Corporeal Technology. After a series of positions with Merck Inc and Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) that included sales representative, training manager, brand manger, and marketing manager, Roger was promoted to the world HQ’s of BMS in Princeton NJ. In this position as Director of Cardiovascular Franchise, Roger traveled the world extending brand life cycles in over 30 countries and being harmonious with the regulatory laws in each country. Roger made the crossover to the title and escrow industry in 2002 with Old Republic Title Company in Las Vegas Nevada. Rising to the position of Assistant County Manager, Roger was spirited away to Land Title of Nevada (Part of the Capital Title Group) as VP of sales and marketing. This company was acquired by Land America in 2007. Roger took the opportunity to move to the North West and is pleased to be back home with Old Republic Title.
