	Byron Gibb, Senior Vice President, State Manager Byron was born in Durban, South Africa. He graduated from Westville Boys High School and worked as a marketing representative for Heila Agencies, a food import /export company covering five states, whilst attending the University of Natal. Within one year he was promoted to sales manager and went on to increase both territorial market share and profitability and continued to do so until he left the company in 1992. In 1991, Byron obtained his Ocean Yachtmasters designation and worked as a captain for a local South African yacht charter company offering cruises off the South African coastline to anyone adventurous and with a love for the outdoors. He was working on a Bachelors Degree in Economics when he left South Africa in 1992 and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Byron is working on his Masters Degree in Business Management. He has enjoyed competitive sailing since college and in 1992 sailed across the Atlantic to the Caribbean to continue his love for chartering yachts. He spent two years working in Brazil, the northern and southern Caribbean, and Venezuela, until leaving for the United States to continue his business degree. On immigrating to the United States, Byron enjoyed a successful career in the Las Vegas mortgage banking industry as an independent mortgage banker and then acting as the production manager for FirstPlus Financial . He was referred to Old Republic Title by a friend, and on meeting the local Old Republic management team in 2001, Byron was invited to move his career into the Title and Escrow Industry, a move he has enjoyed ever since. He has served in various capacities with Old Republic Title over the past five and a half years, as a top producing sales representative, escrow assistant, top producing escrow officer/ Branch Manager and finally County Manager in Clark County, Nevada. He is a member of the Southern Nevada Escrow Association, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, NLTA ( Nevada Land Title Association), ULI (Urban Land Institute), and SNHBA (Southern Nevada Home Builders Association)
	Eliane Watson, Vice President, Escrow Operations Manager Eliane has been a Las Vegas resident for thirty-five years. She began her career in the Title Industry in 1976 and joined the team of professionals at Old Republic Title Company in 1981 as a title officer, where she eventually worked her way up to Title Manager. In 1989, Eliane made the move to the escrow department as an assistant and was later promoted to Escrow Officer in 1992. During this time she ran a successful unit, closing both residential and commercial transactions. Her extensive background in both title and escrow has allowed her to successfully handle all types of transactions throughout her 27 year career with Old Republic Title. She currently manages our Spring Mountain Branch where she runs the Commercial Escrow Unit. Eliane was recently promoted to Senior Vice-President and Escrow Operations Manager for Clark County. What drives Eliane is her passion for teaching others, sharing her deep knowledge of the industry and seeing Old Republic Title succeed in the Las Vegas market.
