	Steve Martin, Vice President, State Sales Manager Steve began his career in 1990 as Customer Service Supervisor at Orange Coast Title Company where he was promoted to Sales Representative and recognized as a top salesperson in 1995. As Vice President/State Operations Manager at First American Title Company, Inc., Steve ensured success statewide and utilized his operational strengths to revamp selected branches. Under Steve’s direction as Branch Manager in Hilo, Hawaii for First American Title Company, Inc, the branch achieved record profitability and generated over $1 million in net profits for the first time in its history. Steve also increased the branch’s market share over 60 percent within two years, successfully establishing the Hilo branch as No. 1 in East Hawaii. Steve has also had significant impact on profitability and growth at California Title Company in San Diego, California, where he began as Operations Manager. During his five-year tenure as County Manager, Steve increased resale order-count an average of 19 per cent per year and increased county market share from 3.4 percent to 7.7 percent. His strategic approach to building business is reflected in his work as Vice President and Sales Manager of Old Republic Title & Escrow of Hawaii, where he is focused on achieving impressive bottom-line results. Steve completed studies at the University of California, Irvine, and the Buckley School of Public Speaking in Camden, South Carolina.
