	Brenda Donath, Senior Vice President, County Manager Brenda Donath celebrates her 30th year with Old Republic Title Company in October of 2006. Her first position with Old Republic (then Founders Title Company) was as a route messenger. In her career she has held a number of positions including Escrow Officer, Branch Manager and Escrow Operations manager. She has experienced working in various departments as part of her evolution including Foreclosures and DRE processing and has worked on a variety of escrows including Resale, Refinance, Subdivision and Development; she has been an Escrow Officer, Branch Manager and Escrow Operations manager and has been a County Manager since 1990. Her career has allowed her to experience living in a number of counties in Northern California; she began her career in San Mateo County, and has since worked in Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties. She has served as a Chamber of Commerce director in several of the communities she has worked in and is currently most active in the BIA of the Delta and the San Joaquin Partnership organizations.
	Sue Matthews, Vice President, Escrow Operations Manager
	Zandra Morris, Vice President, Administrative Support Manager Zandra Morris has been in the title and escrow industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining Old Republic, Zandra worked as a Branch Manager within the banking industry. Zandra served as San Joaquin County’s Sales Manager for 18 years before being promoted to Administrative Support Manager Zandra is a Life Director on the BIA of the Delta Board of Directors; she has served the BIA as a member for 20 years, and has chaired the prestigious Salute to Policymakers BIA event for 6 years. This event allows the local builder community and its affiliates a chance to meet and talk with local, county and state policymakers. She is involved in Chamber activities, San Joaquin Partnership and Business Council, as well as RMA a bankers association). She has been a speaker for San Joaquin Delta College Real Estate Classes, San Joaquin Rental Association, Kiwanis and other organizations.
	Debbie Dent, Vice President, Sales Manager Debbie Dent has held operations, customer service, product management and sales roles in the Title Industry for the past 14 years. Her extensive customer focus and leadership skills have earned her and Old Republic an excellent reputation in the San Joaquin County marketplace. Debbie brings extensive experience from both the California and Texas real estate arenas. She is often recognized for her contributions in the community and as an affiliate member of the various real estate associations she has participated in. Equipped with her grass roots knowledge of the industry; and the training afforded her by various management opportunities in the industry; she has a unique ability to create and support value added products and services for the real estate community. While she has enjoyed all of her industry experiences to date, she is especially enthused about becoming the San Joaquin County Sales Manager.
