Karen Campbell, County Manager Karen entered the title and escrow industry in 1986. She soon earned an escrow officer position with a local company which was purchased by Old Republic Title Company in 1991. Thanks to her organizational skills and attention to detail, along with empathy for the customer, the readers of the local newspaper voted Karen The Best Escrow Officer in Auburn for two consecutive years. Karen served as Vice President/Branch Manager of our Auburn branch prior to assuming her current Escrow Operations Manager position. She is an active member and Past President of Auburn Gold Country Rotary. Karen provides leadership and support to an experienced team of escrow professionals. She looks forward to providing additional assistance to assure your Old Republic Title transaction is a positive experience.

Teresa Johns, Vice President, Assistant County Manager, Sales Manager Teresa began her Real Estate career in 1996 as a Mortgage Lender. In 1999, Teresa was offered a sales position with Old Republic Title Company. In 8 months, Teresa was quickly promoted to Branch Manager, then to Vice President, El Dorado / Placer County Sales Manager. Currently, Teresa serves as Assistant County Manager and Sales Manager, serving her local community as often as she can. She is currently an active fundraiser for the C.A.R.E organization (Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate).
